Root Chakra Blended Tea is blended to help balance your root energy center. Our Root Chakra is the energy point that i sresponsible for grounding, home, family, basic survival and our basic needs. We need to have deep roots, like a tree planted firmly in the ground. Past unresolved Trauma can greatly affect our root energy point. When out of balance it can lead to anxiety, fear of living in the present moment, a feeling of not being safe, ans a lack of grounding. It is the base Chakra and is very imortant to be balanced, as it is the first Chakra nd needs to be aligned in order to start aligning the other Chakras.
It contains blended organic: Rose, Lavender, Peppermint, Hibiscus, Chamomile & Goji Berry.
